Overview
At Vista Bags, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom promotional bags to our customers. Because most of our products are custom-made according to client specifications, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.
Please review the following policy before placing an order.
Custom Orders
Most of our products are customized with logos, designs, or branding requested by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of these products:
- Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
- Customers are responsible for approving the final design proof before production begins.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review artwork, colors, sizes, and specifications before approving production.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.
To process the request, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective products
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we will work with you to offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the defective items
- Partial refund
- Store credit for future orders
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.
Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible because materials and manufacturing resources have already been allocated.
Shipping Issues
Vista Bags is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Other circumstances beyond our control
However, we will always assist customers in tracking and resolving shipment issues whenever possible.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
