Order Processing
Thank you for shopping with us. All of our bags are custom-made and carefully produced to meet your specifications.
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom and personalized orders may require 5–10 business days for production before shipment.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Domestic Shipping
- Delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
- Delivery within 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly indicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and order details. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.
