Our recurring feedback is that lead time updates during production could be more proactive. We sometimes have to follow up to get a status update. Product quality is reliably solid though and we'll keep ordering.

We've been ordering from this supplier for several seasons. Generally the quality is great. On one of our recent 600-unit orders we noticed some inconsistency in the stitching finish on the interior seams — not a durability issue, just cosmetic. We've continued ordering because the overall quality is still above average for wholesale canvas bags.
